It’s okay to pass bicyclists when they can’t pedal as fast as your car. Just make sure you give them plenty of space. MA law requires drivers to maintain a safe distance of 4 ft & a safe speed when passing a bicyclist, pedestrian, or any vulnerable road user. #NationalBikeMonth
