That was the greatest heavy weight performance you’ll see of this generation. There’s no one in the division that comes close to beating that Usyk last night. Cleaned out the cruiser weight division, moved up to heavyweight for a challenge and became the undisputed champion

If you’ve real interest in the sport of boxing I’ll put you onto something Watching elite amateur events > pro cards. Most pro cards typically have 1-2 good fights being the main and co-main. The rest are carefully curated one sided fights to bulk up a record or make someone

True shadow boxing is envisioning a real life opponent in-front of you and shadow boxing with effort and intensity. Not randomly throwing combinations in air with no defensive, faints or effort, that’s a warm up.

Greatest example of why 99% of boxers need real S&C training. Clean crisps shot on the chin to an untrained opponent and rendering 0 damage. If you’ve landed more than 2, 3 shots square on the chin bare knuckle and your opponent hasn’t budged you’ve a serious problem.

Don’t think people realise how insane of an amateur record that is. Only 1 loss in one of the most corrupt sports just shows how dominant he was. Also 400 total fights is why he was one of the great, experience like no other. 0-10 fights - novice 10-25 decent 25-50 good

Perfect example of how stiff bodybuilders actually move. Not cool to be jacked if you’ve no athleticism about you at all. Big but stiff slow and uncoordinated. Even man must be able to kick ball regardless it should be second nature.

Struggling with lack of energy means you’re not pushing your body enough. The body adapts to the demands you put it through and most people don’t do anything that forces the body to produce more energy so they’re constantly lethargic. Very rare cases will you actually suffer
