Tomorrow’s attire for the Wednesday Ironman+ -Roka Viper X Swimskin (Tyr shorts under) -Racing kit on the bike -Comfortable clothes for the run I want to stay as dry and clean as possible because I am lifting on Thursday and back to normal training on Friday.

We are heartbroken at the loss of our beloved teacher, colleague, and friend Liza Fletcher. Our hearts are with the Fletcher, Orgill, and Wellford families.

Please all runners, female & male just be aware of your surroundings. Stay safe out there doing a sport we love. This is for our walkers too. 💙💛
