Simple SEND and Inclusion strategy. Check in with your team daily and ask the following: What’s today like? Who are you working with? How can I help? Then go and see, speak to students and colleagues. Show care, empathy and support. See the good and remove barriers.

Today we welcomed 110 children from Beijing to the Guildhall, midway through their museum tour. The Chinese culture & arts they showcased blew us away! Huge thanks to Winifred Holtby Academy for hosting the delegation for the rest of the week with such warmth & hospitality.
