I really need to lose 20-30 pounds before I go to the beach in May for my 30th bday. I run on the elliptical 2-3 times a week, but I struggle with motivation and overeating. Advice?!
It’s so nice having a job that takes my endometriosis and PCOS seriously. Like, unreal. The amount of times it’s gotten me in trouble or fired because it messes with my attendance. And now I don’t have to worry about that 😭❤️
