last clinical day of M3!!!! -longest year of my life -was wrong a lot -embarrassed myself a lot -learned a lot -proud of the growth one more shelf exam & onto M4 wahoo!!

DONE with M3!! ✅ i can’t even process the fact that this extremely challenging year of training is over. lots more daunting tasks coming up in the next few months ahead of residency apps, but going to take this moment to celebrate a HUGE milestone. 3/4 to that MD 👩🏾‍⚕️🥹

step 2 ✅ another milestone down!! thrilled to be on the other side & so excited for m4 (and to finally sleep in this weekend 😭)

pulling up to my favorite coffee shop to sit down for a half hour, read my book, and enjoy my latte instead of hunching over my laptop for 6 hours doing uworld & NBMEs ... I am loving M4 year already 😌😌😌

~reflections~ on my IM Sub-I on the wards: - enjoyed hospital medicine so much more than i thought (vs outpatient) - self-efficacy 📈📈📈 - feel so much more comfortable juggling a bunch of patients & to-dos - actually so excited for residency?!! ERAS season loading… 🔜
