“Rule making” = lawmaking by unelected bureaucrats. Yes, that’s unconstitutional as hell—but the Supreme Court has been reluctant to say so. At some point, I suspect (and sincerely hope) that will change. Until then, Congress must stop authorizing this barbaric practice.

The market doesn’t give a shit about the rates.
