The bill encourages rainwater harvesting to conserve it & harvesting systems.

Present was the parliamentary Committee on climate change, National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) MAAIF 🇺🇬 @Rodrickmuhumure Dr Jibril S. Owomugisha

I had the opportunity to be among stakeholder consultations for the on going marriage bill. Some of the topics discussed include provision for women to choose whether to take up their husbands' last name, prenuptial,property sharing etc #policymaking
