Officially back. What better way to kick things off than spend a day in court with Patrick Costello TD as his case to determine whether CETA esp Investor Courts can be ratified by TDs or if it needs a referendum. I am very grateful to him for taking this case in the interest of the public
@BrianLeddin Also worth noting these are ‘Government regulations’ not ‘Ministerial regulations’ - Minister is not just weakening Advisory Council’s power, he is weakening his own & creating unnecessary hostage to political fortune. Would be far better to pass Bill without these amendments.
