I earned my A+ certification today.😊The rest of the semester should be smooth sailing and I can hopefully start looking into entry level IT jobs. I'm a little worried the most I'll be able to find is help desk stuff which I straight up cannot do due to my anxiety, but we'll see.

Test tyranid paint scheme v2: 1:1 -ish Volupus pink and contrast medium and a drybrush of Fulgrim Pink for the skin. I think I like it a lot better than the doomfire magenta. Reads more clearly as pink imo.

Rough test scheme on a termagant. I love doomfire magenta, but I want a lighter pink. Idk if there's other pink contrasts tho and I really don't want to use traditional paints for this army. Maybe a light drybrush of a lighter pink could help make it feel brighter?

I have incredible news out of California.

California has passed AB957, it will now go to the Governor.

The bill will require judges to consider affirming transgender youth in determining the health, safety, and wellbeing of a child in child custody disputes!

I tried to get 4 hours less work a week bc I'm a student and working full time in a physically demanding job and trying to study is not sustainable, and was told reduced schedules are only for when classes conflict with work schedules. The perpetual burnout is the point, I think.

I used to work with the guy who voiced Atlas, the main antagonist and primary voice actor, in Bioshock, a series that went on to sell 41 million copies. He was a serious actor in his 40s who was working a total grunt job with 21-y/o me because voice acting doesn't pay the rent.

I'm not sure what it was, but something made me think of the old point and click Nancy Drew games I forced my bro to play with me as a kid. Turns out most of them are on Steam so guess who has already downloaded one and played for 2 hours? 😆

When students are denied access to books, they’re denied the opportunity to learn about themselves and the world around them.
