🥎 Marlayna Cartagena threw a 1-hitter (10 Ks) and had 2 hits (RBI) to lead IHS (17-2) & sophomore Abby Ras also had 2 hits, including a game-winning 2-run double. Norah DeMayo went 3-for-4 & Kailey Besio had 2 hits (RBI). Next: Regular-season finale 5:30 PM Wed. at Penfield.

🥎Kailey Besio tossed 5-hitter with 8 Ks & had 3 hits (3B) & 2 RBI to lead IHS in its finale. Ella Cooley also had 3 hits and Abby Ras (2RBI) & Marlayna Cartagena (2 doubles) each had 2 hits. The Eagles (18-2, 8-0) won their division and are #1 seed in the Class A1 sectionals!

🥎 IHS ties it at 2 with a pair of RBI singles from team captains Marlayna Cartagena & Emma Rovet. Thru 3 innings, we are deadlocked. Kailey Besio got good wood on a fly to RF to end the inning.
