Spectacularly bad experience with tuiuk #TUI. 09.15 transfer to #kefalonia airport. Flight to #gatwick delayed and delayed again. Had all day to sort it out, but eventually told we weren’t flying until 18.50 tomorrow. No bad weather, no overcrowded schedule, just incompetence.
