The ICC Prosecutor should not ask for more money to prosecute war crimes in 🇺🇦. He should demand a sustainable budget to be provided every year, across all organs of the ICC (it’s not just a prosecutor’s office!), & to support all ongoing activities theguardian.com/law/2023/mar/2…
