On a side note as I am doing multiple marathons in short period of time so. I decided to start my Prostate United Prostate Cancer UK challenge of a at least 5k a day alongside my rehab back on the 30th May which has so far cumulated in over 800 miles averaging 10k a day for 4 months.

Over 3 hours stuff in traffic to get a flight from Manchester to New York. When I finally got to Manchester Airport. Staff were terrible. No one would help us, Aer Lingus staff were no where to be seen. No one to try and help sort new flights. What a way to start my birthday trip 🥲
