Queen II had all those hallmark sounds that we’ve come to associate with this unique outfit: Brian May’s distinctive guitar tone, multiple overdubs and massed vocal harmonies. The songs combined fantasy themes with heavy rock guitar to amazing effect. Happy 50th.
