A thread 🧵 10 years ago today around this time of evening a stabbing pain occurred in my chest & numb left arm…after a while I was out cold on the floor…I came to and realised I’d had a heart attack…I was 41…this was caused by work related stress…too much on my plate…

Yes it is...but not the way this has been pitched...we need to go back to a model more akin to what was around prior to the Police Act 1964...police forces based on local authority area boundaries for response & neighbourhood policing (the rest can be done on a bigger scale)
