So this happened today.

Our watermills roof this morning. Hopefully it should be more compleat by the end of today.

The mill roof reached its highest point, so we had a traditional topping off ceremony. Wine was drunk, poems were recited, bottles were smashed.

Our timber delivered by horse. This is low impact building.

Everyone's been saying 'enough with the mill pictures, when do we get some alpine horn?' I don't disappoint.
