Marion E10, R10, R15, C101 responded to a fire in an outbuilding on Layton Court today. The fire was quickly extinguished and confined to the shed itself. There were no injuries.

B15 and C101 responded mutual aid to assist Marion Rural and Mullins with a woods fire. It was estimated to be around 15 +/- acres involved. SC Forestry Division also responded with a plow. No structures were damaged in the event.
