Day 13: As you age and lose hormones, your vulva literally starts to shrink, becomes inflamed, dry, scarred, the good bacteria dies out. This leads to painful sex, decreased arousal and recurrent urinary tract and vaginal infections. Lack of hormones, lack of a healthy vulva.
