It’s official. I have a new beat! Covering the region I was born and raised in has been a long-held dream of mine. Thankful and thrilled.

Some exciting news for me ... after acting in the role since June, I have officially accepted the position of The Examiner deputy editor. I will miss the crime beat, but I am sure I will still manage to sneak my byline in on a few features here and there😀

Some job news - I’ll be joining The Age’s investigations team as a reporter from Monday, focusing on crime but looking at other issues too. A dream gig for me, very excited.
