Yes! #Minerva provides IF. But does not show, much more #useful #fair in any comparion, its 80th #Scopus journal #percentile rank. #Top journals today tend to be in the 95-99 pecrentile range The upper 5% max, never the upper... 20%. Clear to me why now. #Inefficiency.
