It pisses me off people calling the NHS a religion. It’s evidence based. The cheapest way to deliver healthcare - less than half cost of fhe US insurance system. In 2010, before the Tories, it was ranked the fairest, most efficient & cost-effective healthcare system in the world

I walk around London and see beggars outside shops, people sleeping in doorways, tent cities everywhere… and I think of what Sunak, Cameron and their friends have done to us in the past 14 years and how well-fed and satisfied with themselves they look.

~8 million on NHS waiting lists, the extreme difficulty of getting an NHS GP appointment or NHS dental appointment etc etc… would indicate that the Tories (and their LibDem collaborators during Coalition) have run our NHS into the ground over the past 14 years.
