Today's sesh looked easy on paper but after yesterdays 400's, rowing at 1:50 min/500m felt defo harder than norm NY day sesh: 2x12 min run efforts, HR 155-165 bpm. 3 min easy jog in between. FYI, my max HR=182 Stay GIGA, chads Gigachad Jisko (gigachad arc) #hyrox #RoadToSub57

2x12 min efforts with 3 min jog in between. HR averaged between 165-170 so a little higher than I wanted but I felt good. Pace average was min/km on soft grass. Tomorrow's sesh is 40-50 min easy jog, HR<130bpm. Optional upper body and core session. Any Gigachad fit c^nts

Yesterday's easy run (HR<130) in the evening felt like arse. Could've been to do with the 30min easy swim I also did a few hours earlier. But, smashed today's session outta the ballpark. Held min/500m on all rows, burpees felt easy and felt like I could run all day at 16.2
