Simple habits I’ve found to have the highest ROI: • Sleeping 7-8 hours • Exercising for 60+ minutes • Getting direct sunlight • Working in 60 minute sprints • Journaling for 5 minutes pre-bed • Turning on “Do Not Disturb” mode • Expressing gratitude Simple is beautiful.

Today I broke my arm after falling from a pull up🙃, I was in good spirits… until I remembered that I have tickets to see Noah Kahan @ Fenway Park next thursday…. The way I started crying made the nurse offer stronger drugs. It’s been a long year, I am so sad now 😭😭😭
