I don’t think the message ever was “artists aren’t important” but I actually think people meant to say “we should still give a chance to songs with “bland” visuals/mvs” because you’ll still find gems with artists who are less fortunate or can’t afford comms

Cynicism is the enemy of VOCALOID. Many people express their hesitation towards the new, and discriminate against those that don’t fit the individuals ideals for what a VocaloP should be, limiting creativity. Every kind of artist is out there, and we’re working with love.

Misogyny isn’t the only issue. I AM believed when I say as a 27 y/o that I’ve never had sex because I’m autistic. Ableism is the only reason I’ve never gotten a pap smear. I had 0 issues getting my tubes removed for the same reason. I’m fundamentally treated differently bc of it.
