So another great challenge with @Beech_Fit 28 days. Safe to say think I done well on the first week. Been away from challenges and rucking for a while, but have enjoyed this week. Thanks to everyone who has motivated me

I was told I would never be successful as an outdoor fitness coach. I was told I should only train specific age groups. I was told rucking would never become popular. I was told I was too old to make it as PT. I was told we would fail all of our crazy @Beech_Fit challenges.

2 Years ago Today...... @Beech_Fit Hit 106,101 steps in 1 day. Wearing a heavy weighted Rucksack. This was a ridiculously hard challenge I passed out about 80k steps in But I'd promised my son I would finish the challenge โœ…๏ธ I had no skin on my feet for 2 months after
