Placed a large order @JDSports on the 30/12/20 and still hasn’t arrived. Awful service by @Hermesparcels who have said since the 5th Jan they’ll release it within 24 hours and no one to speak to. No one @JDSports helping either. Terrible customer service.

The @JDSports calamity continues. Still no refund, and they keep contradicting themselves. One says order is coming, despite asking them refund, the other says a full refund has been done. Over a month of headache. Awful business/awful service.

£3.5k per year on council tax and London Borough of Harrow can’t even collect our recycling bin. Contacted twice and escalated but ignored. Ridiculous.
