Poor maintenance of the park in front of Divine Meadows sector 108. The surface is uneven, no watering of the plants,cleaning is also neglected, the park is in an unusable condition. Request the Noida Authority to take immediate action for the safety and well being of residents.

No response from DM NOIDA Gautam Buddha Nagar on my mail regarding loot of residents of Divine Meadows Noida by builder who is pressurizing them to shell out money for painting of outer facade. It is responsibility of builder to do it. All rules of UP Apartment Act & RERA flouted. Yogi Adityanath
