Respected Finance Minister, it is very disheartening to see that despite all my taxes been paid, I am receiving demand notice. I am a salaries employee and all my taxes have been deducted by the employer by way of TDS + challan. Despite this, IT department is adamant to not 1/3

to delete the demand and keep sending letters resulting in lose of mental peace and mental harassment. The demand is based on incorrect information (mismatch of TDS), and once TDS is deducted from my salary, I don’t have any say in it. It feels like taxpayers are left in the 2/3

dark with little support. This lack of clarity not only causes unnecessary stress but also undermines trust in system.
