BHAI AVTAR SINGH KHANDA was relentlessly targeted, smeared and ultimately silenced. His sudden death 2 years ago today in Birmingham was dismissed by UK authorities without question while across the Atlantic, Indian assassination plots against Sikh activists were being exposed.
