The man in the video presents himself as a resident of Baluja village in the Askeran region. Aygestan/Baluja is my ancestral village, and I had many relatives/neighbors there. I sent this video to them, and everyone says there was no such person in the village.

So according to UN mission to NK, there are 50-1000 locals there, yes, yes, the zeros are not typo. Also they “are struck” by the decision of the locals to flee, they expected them to be starved, terrorized, killed and attacked further. 🤐
