Seeing my child actually comfortable again is heartwarming- now he going back on a diet because Jesus

And looking at it now… I’m glad

Come sit and had club soda, sushi and steak and some random just came right here and trauma dump on me …. Gosh

Slowly crawling out of the empath space and more “I’m sorry to hear that”

At one point I didn’t mind hearing strangers vent…I took it as my super power. People feel comfortable talking to me but when I went through my trauma I realized how much it was weighing on me. I needed me the most.

Child tells me he can’t find sleep: me knowing how insomnia feels feels sorry for him: can’t think of nothing else but to pray and play some soothing gospel… he’s asleep in 5 minutes. Thank you so much God. It’s these little moments that remind me you are always there.
