Fromsoft: carefully releases ER dlc patch notes spoilerfree by using "final boss balance" in the notes. Everyone in comments and tweets: "I defeated pre-nerf <insert finall boss name>" or "claim your pre-nerf <final boss name> badge here". DLC has been out for only 2.5 months...
