In work by Fabian Suchy and Daiki Karigane, we demonstrate how AAV templates used in Cas9 genome engineering form concatemeric insertions and describe mitigation strategies. Great collaboration with Hiro Nakauchi's lab, published today in Nature Biotechnology nature.com/articles/s4158…
