Happy to share our work in Journal of Clinical Investigation on RUNX1 loss in leukemic progression. Using primary human samples, we find a targetable dependency of RUNX1-mutant leukemias on IL-3/JAK/STAT signaling. Magnificent work by Amy Fan! Check it out ➡️ jci.org/articles/view/…
