Nishikiyama's tattoo is of a red and white koi. The koi is surrounded by gray waves. His tattoo represents his ambition to climb the ranks of the Tojo Clan, as in Japanese and Chinese mythology the Koi must swim upstream through the dragon's gate of Longmen to turn into a dragon.
