Due to the demolition of the Davis Furniture building in the 1100 block of Main, Main Street OTR has been closed from Central Parkway and Main to 12th and Main (aka the 1100 block). The traffic calming effects from this closure are substantial. #thisisotr

Limiting traffic in the 1100 block of Main and converting the rest of Main from 12th to Liberty to 2-way traffic (like Vine Street as well as Main Street north of Liberty) has been a long-standing goal of the neighborhood.

Perhaps Mayor Aftab Pureval’s administration will take these ideas seriously and help solve a problem that has persisted for years. Main Street OTR UrbanCincy.com
