1/7 #GIpath 6th decade female. Very unusual case. Sigmoidectomy + Liver nodule excision. Dx: Neuroendocrine carcinoma with squamous differentiation vs. poorly differentiated colonic carcinoma with neuroendocrine and squamous differenitation!
