In their proposed rule, CMS will enact a 2.5% cut q3 yrs to "non-time based" services (surgery, diagnostics etc.), to account for efficiencies gained due to experience/ tech. A ridiculous concept intended only to devalue. What happened to rewarding "value" and efficiency?
