It felt unreal to have Lauren Bennett at McGill last week, felt like meeting a superstar. I have literally grown up as a geospatial researcher watching her tutorials. I loved her energy so much, so nice to talk to her, appreciate all the work they do in #esri.

Alhamdulillah for the opportunity that I got to present our work in the Arctic Change 2024 conference in Ottawa. Thankful to my Supervisor, Mallik Mahmud and McGill University , also ArcticNet. Got to see some authors in-person whose work I have been following/for a long time.

Despite having worked on AI since I was a teenager, I’m now more excited than ever about what we can do with it, especially in building AI applications. Sparks are flying in our field, and 2025 will be a great year for building! One aspect of AI that I’m particularly excited
