Shame on Saks Fifth Avenue for their horrible online customer service. My computer auto-populated a combo of 2 of my addresses while ordering $2k of orders. The address doesn't exist but they won't correct it. 1 item shipped but 5 more still haven't. They told me sorry...it's my fault. What?
