Morning 5km run in Panama for my Northamptonshire Sport medal. Had to do it early as I will be in the Panama Canal on the day of the run. Looking forward to getting my 4th medal.
That’s it!! The last virtual 5km run with Northamptonshire Sport . I have had to run all 5 races on my own having moved to Winchester after signing up. Thanks to Northamptonshire Sport for organising the years races.
'After Life' by Ricky Gervais is the most beautiful piece of work. Truly an emotional washing machine. Ricky Gervais work is always brilliantly thought through and funny, but 'After Life' is his best so far.
