Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam,
Where the deer and the antelope play,
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word,
And the skies are not cloudy all day.

"Honey, could you run to the store?" was not a phrase heard in the early days of human habitation in the area of #MagicHill. This may have been more what shopping looked like, a long time ago. Ancient artifacts indicate there have been people living here for at least 5,000 years.

Getting up to go to work, or heading out to do some shopping had whole different meanings for Magic Hill residents around ten thousand years ago. Hoofing it, too. No horses. No wheels. No wagons. Definitely no cars. Mammoth bones and teeth are often found by the Arkansas River.
