I over slept this morning then fell out of bed realizing I was late to a meeting only to join the meeting to be the only there. I had my calendar set to the wrong date. Is it Friday yet?

On a whim last night I signed up for Killer Nashville in August. I'm excited to be attending a conference, especially in my adopted home state of TN. I miss hanging with writers so I hope to meet some new friends.

Can you keep a good thought for me tomorrow? Seeing a doc I've been waiting on for 3 mos to START the diagnosis for an illness I've been dealing with for 5 mos. Feel like I'm barely hanging on right now so all positive vibes welcome.

Managed to lock myself out of the house today. In some 40+ years of living on my own, I've never done that but alas, the after effects of my morning were more than anticipated. Let's hope it's a one time thing. I do not recommend it!
