I struggle almost daily with suicidal thoughts. the depression is overwhelming at times. but like mentioned here. the ripple effect is what stops me. and the others it would harm. It's suicide prevention month, confide in people. you're not alone.

In 2021, I streamed every single day. Despite being the most depressed I have ever been. We got partner that year too. In 2022, I streamed 16 times in total. I made strides in my personal life that I didn't think was possible. In 2023, I will stream at least weekly.

In 2022, took a selfish route and fell off the grid, but sometimes you gotta do that to heal/get better. Final weigh for the year and I’ve lost 51 lbs. In 2023, you’ll see a lot more of me. Those that reached out, I appreciate you more than you know. Let’s make 2023 our best.

After years in these mental shackles, I think we finally have a key to the cure. Treatment starts tomorrow. For the first time in years, I am optimistic.

A year for recovery met with a taste of nostalgia.
