i’ve spent my whole life taking care of others, their emotions, their needs, and their wants.. i’ve never taken the time to do those things for myself and i never thought doing those things would hurt so bad 🥺

2 months ago i was miserable, depressed, and unhappy. now? im the happiest i’ve been in years. 🥹🥰 working on myself and learning to love myself is the best thing ive ever done for ME.
