CDO football players were not expelled from school. They were dismissed from team for drinking beer at an off-campus party per Amphi Public Schools' zero-tolerance policy that other local districts don't have. Amphi SD still has time to change policy and justly reinstate the players.

.CDO Football last team from Southern Arizona alive in the postseason. No. 6 Dorados (10-2) have reached the 4A semifinals, where they'll play at No. 2 Snowflake (9-3) next Friday. Dustin Peace, 14th year at CDO, 105-49 overall and 12-8 in the playoffs. State champs in 2009.
