I’m not sure what’s happening between Amber Group & ZKX, but when Amber Group mentioned 'to promote transparency' in the first para of their tweet below, you can bet that every Vauld Vauld Creditors would be shocked to see that claim. Let's rewind to 2022!

5/ Consequently, many Vauld Creditors Vauld creditors, including myself, believed that Amber Group would repay the loan to #vauld . This situation involves creditors' hard-earned money, with some even investing their retirement savings into Vauld due to the high APR %.

6/ Annabelle Huang borrowed the loan from Darshan, & over the past 2 years, neither she nor her company Amber Group have repaid any of the funds to creditors, despite #BTC and #ETH having increased by over 100% since 2022 (which is what was given in loan to Amber by Darshan)

7/ Now the funds owed by Amber Group to Vauld creditors is worth more than $350-400 million (this is the principal and not including the interest they would have accrued to staking) and ...

9/ Vauld creditors have been waiting patiently for this loan to be returned back to its rightful owners, and instead of paying it back (which is more than 1 year overdue), they are taking us all for a joyride since the court hearing is only in May 2025!

10/ So, Annabelle Huang and Amber Group, I’m fairly certain you will block me as you have done with many Vauld creditors. However, my request is for you to do the right thing. As a Gen Z, you have the opportunity to inspire older generations whose funds you are withholding!

13/ I fully recognize that this no mercy BS attitude is quite common in the VC world, Wall Street, and the startup community. However, please remember that the $300-$400 million you are currently holding belongs to ordinary people.

14/ Many Vauld creditors have lost jobs, are facing financial difficulties,& have short-term commitments they can no longer meet. Many are hoping to have their funds returned later this year, & releasing the money owed to Vauld would make a significant difference.

15/Crypto media outlets like CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, @TheBlock__, and Laura Shin can contribute to this, as not everyone can afford to wait until 2025 to get their funds back from Vauld thru Amber Group
