Google one month that my [7-8519000026557] issue is open. I bought the #pixel3a in your store and my imei is not recognize on your system I can not repair my phone. Are you a serious company?

So I've been having issues with my #Pixel3a since I bought it. The battery discharges way too quickly, and the phone randomly heats up. I gave it to the service centre and they told me nothing's wrong with it and sent it back. What do I do now Made by Google?

Made by Google when I try to get back in touch with Google customer support, they tell me they can't do anything to help me. I would send in my phone again, but now I know that they'll probably just send it back unfixed again. #pixel3a is literally a month old. Google won't help.

I knew that the after sales support of Google in India wasn't great, but to dismiss an issue altogether with no scope for me to seek further support is really quite baffling. Made by Google Google #pixel3a

Anyone buying a #Pixel3a or any other Made by Google phone in India needs to be made aware of how bad the state of their after-sales support is. B2X is their thrid party partner handling repairs, and they're more inclined to give you your phone back without any repairs. #shambles

If they're wrong in that then what's left? pixel 3a is nothing but a camera
