#MYEdOz do we think students aren't engaged in their learning if they don't do homework? Or are we living in an old paradigm?

#MYEDOz plan with kids on how they think they are going to achieve the outcome in the timeframe. Work at home sets itself.

#MYEdOz often think leadership is the wrong word - should be called servantship .

#MYEdOz the value is that the students might find their spark and we will learn so much from them.

#MYEdOz the value of leadership is not the student gaining a "name" but the opportunities it can open up for them to grow.

#MYEdOz when kids lead , they own it, when they own it , they learn , when they learn, they grow - when they grow - I smile!

#MYEdOz leadership develops skills in our kids via stealth -how often to our kids say " I didn't know I could do that"

#MYEdOz does it come back to valuing all student voice , not just the students with the badge?
