The problem at SM was never their A&R. It's scheduling and promo that's always the problem. But that has the most impact on an idol's daily life so if that's a mess then it doesn't matter how good the other departments are - ppl are going to be unhappy and will leave.

He is so thoughtful and sweet. I have experienced annoyance and been upset as a markf but never because of Mark - only ever because of the actions of other people towards him. Mark himself is an absolute delight to stan.
